Shipping and payment

1. Terms of Delivery

   1. the buyer has the following delivery options:
      1. Delivery within the Slovak Republic
         1. Courier – 2.90 euros
            (We will send the goods to you via courier to the address you specified in the order. The courier will contact you before delivery.)
         2. Slovak Post * – 3.50 euros
            (We will send the goods to you via Slovenská pošta to the address you specified in the order. If the post office does not reach you at the given address, you will find a yellow ticket in the mailbox. Delivery time is max. 3 days from the date of dispatch.) * Slovenská pošta – for some products this delivery is not possible.
         3. Shipping room * – 2.40 euros
            (We will send the goods to you via a courier to one of their branches) * Mailing – for some products this delivery is not possible.
      2. Delivery within the Czech Republic
         1. Czech courier – 5.90 euros
            (We will send the goods to you via courier to the address you specified in the order. The courier will contact you before delivery.)
   2. We deliver the goods in stock within 7 days. We deliver goods that are not in stock within 20 days. However, the usual delivery time for goods in stock is 1-3 days from the date of dispatch.
   3. If the goods specified in the order are not in stock, we will inform the buyer.
   4. The buyer is obliged to take over the goods from the carrier. We recommend checking the integrity of the packaging, the number of packages and in case of discrepancies contacting the seller immediately.
   5. Invoice, tax document will be sent by e-mail to the specified e-mail address in the order.
   6. If you have not received your goods within 5 working days of placing the order, please contact us and we will search for the package.
   7. Postage is stated including packing.
   8. Free shipping on purchases over € 40.

2. Prices and payment terms

   1. The operator reserves the right to change the price of goods. The prices listed in the e-shop may vary and the buyer does not have the right to additionally request a price other than the price agreed in advance.
   2. All prices for goods and all fees in the e-shop are listed without VAT (We are not VAT payers).
   3. The buyer is obliged to pay the price for the goods. The order of goods and its subsequent purchase is realized through the e-shop, steps, methods and sequence specified on it.
   4. the buyer can make payment for the ordered goods in one of the following ways, through:
      1. Payment by bank transfer SK6111000000002942086521 (The goods will be sent to you as soon as the full amount is credited to our account.)
      2. Payment by card (You pay for the goods online via the Payout payment gateway. It is also possible to use the bank buttons.)
      3. Cash on delivery * We will send the ordered goods to the address you entered in the order by registered mail. You will pay the full amount for the goods + postage only upon receipt of the shipment. * Cash on delivery is not possible with some products.
   5. When paying to the account, the payment must be made within three working days at the latest, otherwise the contract is automatically canceled.
